I had this conversation with my friend once who asked me how much can I save with cloud concept? I was not sure about the exact amount that can be saved as it depends on the type of business one is into and what kind of application one chooses. But I can say that cloud services are really tremendous cost savings and it does help in time management. You can practically do anything on cloud.
